We know Napa is already on your top 5 most gorgeous wedding destinations in the county list, but it’s about to jump up a few spots with this stunner at the beautiful gardens at Brix. An all-white draped reception was complimented flawlessly with elements of greenery and copper, in honor of the groom’s fave cocktail. All eyes were on the calm, cool and gorgeously collected bride as she walked down the vineyard-flanked aisle in a fabulous lace Pronovias gown. The entire day and all of its details were captured gorgeously by one love photography. We can safely say the dreamy decor rivaled the beautiful vineyard views, but don’t take it from us; seeing is believing! For more details from the wedding day, peep the bride’s comments in italics!
"Cale and I wanted a small wedding, almost like a summer dinner party with friends and loved ones. We wanted good food, good wine, and people who love us. It was important to me to be outside, with a relaxed but beautiful atmosphere."
"Our wedding was a destination wedding, so I knew I needed someone local to help me vet vendors and smooth the way. A wedding planner really steps in the week before and day of the wedding. When all you want to do is dance on your big day, having someone there to deal with issues that pop up is a huge relief."
Cale and I wanted a small wedding, almost like a summer dinner party with friends and loved ones. We wanted good food, good wine, and people who love us. It was important to me to be outside, with a relaxed but beautiful atmosphere.Since we had a destination wedding, it was important to me that our ceremony officiant wouldn't be a stranger. I asked my Uncle if he would consider registering to become an officiant and do our ceremony for us. I was nervous to ask, but he was so honored and it made our wedding day so much more special."
"One thing about Napa is the dramatic change in temperature from day to night. We went from 85 degrees to 55 degrees! We erected shade structures for the daytime to keep everyone cool, and handed out pashminas once the sun set to keep the ladies warm. The shawls were wrapped with a sweet message- "To Have and To Hold, When you get Cold" and were a huge hit."
"Cale is a huge fan on moscow mules- huge- so we knew we wanted our signature cocktail to represent his taste. For the decor, I wanted everything to be very neutral and earthy, but we were missing a focal point. A moscow mule mug for water in our table setting really elevated the design."
